For proper and appropriate information of our clients regarding the existing and prevailing Recruitment Regulations in the Philippines in realtion to documentation requirements, we are pleased to list them below.

Documents Required for Employer's Accreditation at POEA
1. Special Power of Attorney
2. Confirmed job order or manpower request
3. Standard employment contract for Filipino Workers
4. Valid work Visas
5. Valid/updated company commercial registration
6. Recruitment agreement

The power of Attorney, Job Order, Employment Contract and Recruitment Agreement, must be authenticated by the host country's Chamber of Commerce (or concerned Government Agency), and by the Philippine Emabassy of consulate.

No foreign employer can conduct recruitment and/or hire Filipino workers unless duly accredited (registered) by POEA/DOLE.

Time Frame of Processing and Deployment
Upon approval of the Employer's Accreditation by POEA (which takes place 3-5 working days, the travel documents clearances of selected and medically fit workers can be filled, approved and released within 2-3 days.  In summary the processing at POEA, and flight scheduling of workers can be completed within 10-15 working days from the time that the selected workers passed their medical examination and completed other worker's documents, i.e., passport, picture and clearances.

The major delaying factors are medical deficiency, passporting if workers do not possess ready passport and airlines scheduling if PTA tckets are not available ot tickets no purchased.
