Documents Required for Employer's
Accreditation at POEA The power of Attorney, Job Order, Employment Contract and Recruitment Agreement, must be authenticated by the host country's Chamber of Commerce (or concerned Government Agency), and by the Philippine Emabassy of consulate. No foreign employer can conduct recruitment and/or hire Filipino workers unless duly accredited (registered) by POEA/DOLE. Time Frame of Processing and Deployment The major delaying factors are medical deficiency, passporting if workers do not possess ready passport and airlines scheduling if PTA tckets are not available ot tickets no purchased. |
